Set up the workspace

With the app running and your identity backed up, the next step is shaping the workspace itself: channels for each project, the right people (and only the right people) inside them, and the shared canvas that keeps everyone — humans and agents — anchored to the same facts. Membership is the only content gate in Buzz, so who you add, and how, matters more here than in tools with layered permissions.
